Best known as “The Custodian of Culture”, Bulu Imam has been silently working for preservation of tribal arts and culture of Hazaribagh region. He discovered numerous rock art sites including ISCO rock art in Barkagaon and has taken the regional art forms to international platforms. He is Regional Convener of INTACH and runs world famous Sanskriti Museum and Art Gallery.
Madhukar Shukla (Professor, XLRI Jamshedpur)
Social Entrepreneurship is the heart & soul of Prof. Madhukar Shukla. Dr. Shukla is a professor of organisation behaviour and strategic management at XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. A Ph.D. in psychology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, he also was a consultant (HRD) with the National Productivity Council, New Delhi. Madhukar has more than 20 years of consulting and training experience.
Ihitashri Shandilya (Founder CEO, MITHILASmita Arts & Crafts Pvt Ltd)
Recently conferred with Digital Women Awards by SheThePeople, Ihitashri is a known name in field of Madhubani Paintings. She is Head of Technology, FIWE and also an Acumen India fellow. She has received many other awards like Featured Woman Entrepreneur at 34th India International Trade Fair, New Delhi and Impact Entrepreneur Award by Bihar Government.
Anurag Jain & Shikha Jain (Founders, NEEV)
The husband-wife duo founded NEEV (New Environment and Education Visions) to spread the message of holistic education. Their another initiative NEEV Herbal Handmade Soaps employs tribal women and has received National Award from KVIC. They had played a very important role in shaping the vision of MAATI GHAR.

Utpal founded PIPAL TREE to empower rural women of Ghatshila, Jharkhand by training them to make handcrafted wooden items. He has given sustainability to more than 150 rural women.
